Theme Thursday :: Stage

It's been a week and I can't believe it. I'm still working on uploading pictures from girl wonder's fourth birthday. Military Man has been patiently waiting for a peak at these. I have been wrestling with new editing software which I'm ready to beg Adobe and Apple to take back. Have I mentioned how much I detest photoshop? Photoshop CS4 to be exact. It is the most confusing and expensive piece of software out there. Really, Adobe is it really necessary? Do you have to suck all the enjoyment out of photography with all your layers? I have been tackling that obstacle for about a month now. It feels like the software is winning. More like a KO!

However, it's theme thursday again. I went reading around the circuit and found that someone had beat me to the punch with my most favorite soliloquy from Shakespeare's play, As You Like It. In its place, this little piece.

  1. Hi honey, I noticed the posting was done on July 16th. You must have been up late since it is only 3 am on july 16th. Please do not get discorouge by the software. Your pictures are phenomenal and I am not saying that because I am your husband. They truly are beautiful. See you guys soon. MM

  7. As a performer I was able to recognise the unique truthfulnes behind those words. Yes, stage, fright or stagefright, curtain and encore, a lot of encores. Many thanks.

  10. Aw it's just a stage you're going through. I'm struggling with photoshop as well but fortunately, I live with a graphic designer. I just need to pin her down long enough to teach me how to use it!
